1. Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as name, email, phone number, company name, business address and authentication information. Depending on use of the Service, Customer may enter business information including customer records, vendor records, products, pricing, costs, inventory, orders, production information, user information, documents, notes and reports.
2. Payment Information
Cheetah does not intentionally store complete credit-card numbers, CVV/security codes or bank-account credentials on Cheetah's own servers. Payment information is collected and processed through third-party payment processors. Cheetah may receive and store limited billing information such as payment processor customer ID, subscription ID, payment status, card brand, last four digits, billing dates and transaction information.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide the Service, maintain accounts, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, monitor performance, improve the Service, communicate with customers, maintain records, comply with law and enforce agreements.
4. Customer Data
Customer retains ownership of Customer Data. Cheetah processes Customer Data primarily to provide the Service and does not sell Customer Data.
5. Service Providers
Cheetah may use third-party providers for cloud hosting, databases, payment processing, email, authentication, analytics, security, backups, customer support and other infrastructure required to operate the Service.
6. Payment Processing
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. Cheetah does not need to receive or retain complete payment-card credentials in order to provide subscription services.
7. Security
Cheetah uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission, storage or electronic security can guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
Cheetah retains information as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and maintain backups. Following account termination, Customer Data remains available for seven (7) days for customer export through the administrative download tools, after which it may be permanently deleted. Backup copies may remain temporarily until overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cheetah may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, performance and Service functionality.
10. Communications
Cheetah may send transactional communications including account notices, billing notices, security notifications, password resets, service announcements and support communications. Marketing communications will be handled separately where required.
11. Children's Privacy
Cheetah Smart ERP is a business software service and is not directed toward children under 13.
12. Business Transfers
If Cheetah is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar transaction, information associated with the Service may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
13. Legal Disclosures
Cheetah may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect users, protect Cheetah's rights, prevent fraud, investigate security incidents or protect the safety and integrity of the Service.
14. Your Choices
Depending on the information involved and applicable law, customers may request access, correction, account cancellation, data export or deletion where legally and operationally appropriate. Requests may be sent to:

15. Changes
Cheetah may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means.
