Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Terms
1. Required Plan Selection
Customer must select a Cheetah Smart ERP subscription plan during account setup before completing the subscription authorization.

The selected plan and applicable additional-seat pricing will be shown to Customer before payment authorization.
2. Free Trial
Cheetah offers a fourteen (14) day free trial unless another trial period is expressly displayed during signup. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. A valid payment method is required to activate the trial.
3. Authorization to Charge
By entering payment information, selecting a plan and completing signup, Customer expressly authorizes Cheetah and its designated payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the selected subscription, additional seats, applicable taxes and subsequent recurring charges.
4. First Charge
If Customer does not cancel before the free trial ends, the selected subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription. The first charge occurs on the fifteenth (15th) day and covers one full monthly billing period at the selected plan price plus any applicable additional-seat charges and taxes.
5. Recurring Charges
After the first charge, the subscription automatically renews on the same calendar day of each month. If that calendar day does not exist in a particular month, the charge occurs on the last available day of that month (for example, a billing day of the 31st may bill on February 28 or 29 and April 30). Recurring charges continue until Customer cancels the subscription.
6. Additional Users
The selected plan includes the stated number of users. Each user beyond the included number is an additional seat billed at $25 per user per month. For example, the Starter plan includes 5 users for $149/month — a sixth user adds $25/month. By adding an additional user, Customer authorizes the applicable additional-seat charge. Cheetah may calculate additional-seat charges according to the billing method displayed in the Service or during the user-addition process.
7. Price Changes
Cheetah may change subscription prices, including plan prices and additional-seat prices, according to the pricing and notice policy published on the Cheetah website and applicable law.
8. Taxes
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
9. Cancellation
Customer may cancel through the account's subscription or billing settings or another cancellation method provided by Cheetah. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
10. Effect of Cancellation
The subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Cancellation does not create a refund or credit for unused time.
11. Trial Cancellation
Customer may cancel at any time during the 14-day trial. If Customer cancels before the trial ends, the paid subscription will not begin and the recurring subscription fee will not be charged.
12. No Refunds
There is no refund policy. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Cheetah. Customer pays for the applicable subscription period regardless of the amount of Service used during that period.
13. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Cheetah or its payment processor may retry the payment and notify Customer. If payment remains unpaid, Cheetah may restrict or suspend access.
14. Chargebacks
Customer agrees to contact Cheetah regarding billing disputes before initiating a chargeback where reasonably possible. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
15. Billing Records
Cheetah and its payment processor may retain records showing subscription, plan, trial dates, billing dates, amounts charged, payment status, cancellation date and payment authorization.
16. Customer Acknowledgment
Customer understands that the Service is a recurring subscription. Customer is responsible for canceling the subscription before the next billing date if Customer does not wish to continue. Customer's continued subscription constitutes authorization for recurring billing according to these Terms and the terms shown at signup.
